Business Intelligence Senior Analyst Jobs

3+ years of proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role in a similar industry.

Translate business needs and data into BI solutions (e.g., dashboards, reports, and tools) with custom business metrics and strong UI design

Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI.

Strong analytical mindset with statistical knowledge.

Lead the onsite ERP and/or HCM implementation process and become an agent of change

Beneficial to have ITSM system (e.g., Jira Service Management or others) implementation experience.

Lead IT Service Management functional discussions by leveraging ITIL best practices.

Setup and configure Atlassian products (e.g., Jira Service Management, Confluence).

Collaborate with customers, project team members, and partners to define business requirements.

Translate requirements into project deliverables in coordination with the project team.

Prepare demos and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Atlassian products.

Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into reports and dashboards

Design and implement data models that support business requirements and ensure data accuracy

Have at least 1 year of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data visualization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and insights and interpret complex data sets

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Able to interpret business requirements and turn it into optimized queries

Having experience in Looker is a plus!

Able to create ETL Jobs in airflow using SQL/R/Python

Understand data warehouse theory, when to use it and why to use it

Understand the concept of views, data models, to use those concepts in BI tools

Have passion in creating information hierarchy for the organization

Highly flexible, easy to adapt with new environment, project management, teamwork, customer-centric and eager to self-learn under minimal direction

Preferably 3 years of experience as BI developer/analyst or related position.

Understand and experience in SQL Server, Oracle, BI and Data Warehousing Principles. Qlik View or Power BI is an advantage.

Undertake comprehensive analyses of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify areas of potential enhancement and deliver effective solutions.

Produce clear and detailed documentation, such as business requirements, use cases, process flows, and project status reports, ensuring effective information communication.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional specifications.

Classify and distill complex requirements into understandable categories, such as Business, Market, Functional, Non-Functional, and User Interface.

- Provide business, insight and trend analysis to improve creator, merchants and merchandise acquisition and management performance

- 2-5 years of experience in data analytical fields

- Bachelor degree in quantitative areas (engineering, mathematics, finance, economics)

- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.

- Preferably previous working experience in tech company or e-commerce

- Very strong analytics and data processing skill

Experience as Business Intelligence & Analyst, data scientist, data analyst, or data engineer in banking or financial services

Experience working with one or more query languages (e.g Structured Query Language)

Strong communication and analytical skills

Generate predictive & prescriptive reports and analyse all workstreams at SeaBank to provide and support data-driven decision-making

Generate actionable insights that can be used to support or design new strategies

Serving various work units by becoming partners in formulating plans and strategies to drive SeaBank's business growth through data-driven decision-making

Good stakeholder management experience. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-suite
