The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling data-driven business decisions by turning complex data into meaningful and easy-to-understand insights. This position offers the opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team alongside a growing network of dealers and agents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets and develop business intelligence reports and dashboards to support company-wide decision-making
• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into reports and dashboards
• Identify data quality issues and work with the appropriate stakeholders to address them
• Maintain and improve existing reports and dashboards, and implement new ones
• Develop SQL queries and perform data analysis to answer ad-hoc business questions
• Design and implement data models that support business requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting needs and proactively identify opportunities for data analysis

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in SQL and familiarity with dashboarding tools like Data Studio, Metabase or Tableau
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and insights and interpret complex data sets
• Have at least 1 year of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data visualization
