Senior Business Analyst Jobs

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.

Responsibilities:

- Combining business analytics, data mining, and data visualization, to help organizations to make more data-driven decisions.

- Build dashboard to give visibility on the daily KPI achievement and operational performance

- Provide business, insight and trend analysis to improve creator, merchants and merchandise acquisition and management performance

- Capable to produce regular reporting and monitoring dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc data needs

- Support project managers, product, and category teams to work on different initiatives, and make decisions based on number

Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in data analytical fields

- Bachelor degree in quantitative areas (engineering, mathematics, finance, economics)

- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.

- Preferably previous working experience in tech company or e-commerce

- Very strong analytics and data processing skill

- Capability to work with SQL is preferred, and other programming languages is a plus

- Experience in implementing analytical insight and solving the business problems by analytical method (e.g modelling, visualization, graph analysis)

- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.

- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.

- High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases.

- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.

- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.

- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
