Responsibilities

• Provide justification for pricing on big project, including PNL analysis and process socialization Strategic Initiator
• Colaborate with other dept to ensure the strategic initiatives execution
• Keep in tab for timeline and progress for each project
• Key liaison desk for all sales personnel within the corporate sales and BD sales organizations
• Initiate strategic initiatives
• Providing Strategic recommendation based on the team’s condition and requirements
• Providing data analysis in regards to team performance, individual performance, and other related key metrics and recommendation based on data on the strategic initiatives
• Provide the data for MBR, QBR, and other commercial meeting based on discussion with other Heads
• Provide justification, timeline and execution plan for the strategic initiatives Project Manager

Requirements

• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree; preferably master’s degree
• Excellent understanding of Sales processes
• Previous experience in Country and Regional office collaborates environment will be added advantage
• Experience in logistics is a plus.
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Minimum 3-5 years proven experience commercial/project management/data and strategic analysis
• Proven track record of project management experience.
