Business Development Analyst Jobs

Join our team at Suryanesia, a clean energy startup on a mission to reduce greenhouse gas levels and drive sustainability. As a Business Development Analyst, you will be instrumental in facilitating a smooth sales cycle, acting as our solution-finder. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting customer concerns, providing research summaries, helping to prepare sales pitches, and optimizing business processes to ensure efficient operations. This position reports to the Head of Business Development and offers opportunities for growth into senior roles within the organization.

• Foster inter-departmental collaboration: Bridge the gap between Business Development, Project Management, and Engineering teams. Facilitate effective communication to align project requirements with client expectations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis: Gather valuable insights on the clean energy industry through in-depth market research and competitor analysis. Inform sales strategies and identify potential opportunities.
• Support client engagements: Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure smooth and professional client interactions. Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and prepare sales materials (pitch deck, etc).
• Assist in proposal development: Collaborate with the Business Development team to create compelling proposals tailored to client needs. Ensure comprehensive and persuasive pitch materials.
• Maintain sales dashboard and analyze data: Keep the sales dashboard up to date and provide critical insights to support strategic decision-making. Identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales process.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate a genuine passion for renewables and clean energy.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to see tasks through completion.
• Have a strong desire for continual personal and professional development.
• Demonstrate solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with others and effectively align with various stakeholders.
• Showcase strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in using Excel.
• Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a previous Business Analyst position.
