:

• Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with Orthopedics business units.
• Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades, etc
• Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.
• Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals.
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
• Helping the sales team to reach targets as technical support to sales and clients
• Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units.
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
• Liaising with those developing products/services to gain in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like
• Document all phases of research and development.
• Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research
• Manage customer relationships and perform RFP reviews, Customer Visits, and Product Testing.
• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.

Requirement:

• Interest in Tech, IT and Cyber-Security
• Maximum 2-3 years of experience
• Humble personality but willing to be very successful
• Average GPA >3.5
