Job Description

:

As a Technical Support Engineer at Global Asia Sinergi, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients using ITSM solutions such as Kaseya, InvGate, Uila, and SOTI. Your primary focus will be troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting with software implementation and configuration, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new features, and industry trends.
  • Guide clients through software installations, upgrades, and configuration processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on using ITSM solutions effectively.
  • Respondto client inquiries and provide technical support via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to ITSM solutions, including Kaseya, InvGate, Uila, and SOTI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably supporting ITSM solutions.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, operating systems, and hardware components.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in ITSM tools
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices.
