About Our Client
The client is leading robot service provider.

• To compile and present a weekly report to the reporting manager.
• To maintain and update all TSS support details within the internal data repository, containing sensitive and confidential KUKA information.
• To deliver technical assistance throughout technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiation processes
• To conduct analytical and diagnostic evaluations to identify the most suitable technical approaches for fulfilling customer needs, utilizing simulation and KUKA software.
• To assess and clarify the extent of product requirements as conveyed by sales personnel and clients.
• To recommend technical resolutions to internal staff and clients for intricate inquiries and product-related matters.
• To assist the Customer Service and Sales Departments in identifying optimal and cost-effective strategies during the proposal phase.
• To provide technical guidance and input on inquiry specifications to clients, channel partners, sales personnel, and engineers concerning KUKA products, systems, and applications.

The Successful Applicant

• Effective and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language.
• Willingness to undertake travel to various sites, as needed.
• Proficiency in automation design, engineering drawings, and the use of engineering software AND robotic application.
• Applicants should have a minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or an equivalent qualification.
• Capable of performing under pressure.
• Strong aptitude for time management and a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to drive and willing to travel.
• A proactive and resourceful individual with exceptional negotiation, communication, and motivational abilities.
