Job Description

On behalf of our client, An Digital Commerce Agency Company in Australia, we are looking for Technical Support Role.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable Offshore Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. The individual will provide remote technical support to our customers related to our proprietary software application, focusing on domain registration, DNS, delegation, MX records mail, basic website updates, data population, and data exports. This position also reguires some knowledge of DevOps practices.


Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support, resolving gueries related to our proprietary software application.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement.
  • Manage MX records and troubleshoot mail related issues.
  • Perform basic website updates and data population, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Handle domain registration, DNS management, and delegation tasks for our clients.
  • Document all customer interactions, maintaining a comprehensive database of gueries and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with our technical team for data exports and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.
  • Assist in basic DevOps tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our software solutions.


Qualifications

  • Experience with MX records and mail management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with data exports and basic DevOps tasks.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Ability to work in different time zones.
  • Proficient in handling domain registration, DNS, and delegation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of website management and data population.
  • Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software company or digital agency.
