Work closely with the supply, operations & finance team to provide a superior customer experience & pricing for our sales partners.

Minimum 8+ years of sales experience either in logistics & supply chain industry. Start-up Logistics experience is preferred.

Have prior experience of managing teams with ability to inspire & set a strong culture of belonging & ownership

Preferably have a strong knowledge or interest in the logistics & supply chain industry

Identify & scope out the sales landscape within the country to build sales strategy to target key sales segments

Proven track record in a HORECA sales management, able to service existing customers well and develop new customer base

Manage café sales accounts at a national level

Strong profile in good strategic business acumen and operational experience

Develop and execute the sales-café strategy to drive profitable growth and business development

Develop the chain of dealer, distributors and cafés. Achieve budgeted sales and collection targets

Develop and assess the national café marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention

Develop improvement on food safety management system.

Having knowledge about standardization requirements of food company (GMP, HACCP, BPOM, SJH / HAS 23000, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 & FSSC)

Understand SAP System or other similar system especially for Quality Management module

Plan, manage, monitor both internal and external regular audit for CPF & outlets

Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs for employees and provide FSQ education to suppliers/vendors.

Conduct preparation for HACCP, GMP, Halal and other certification

Develop improvement on food safety management system.
