About The Department
The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.
Job Responsibilities
Support Operational Risk Management Head in:

• Incident Reporting (IRF)
• Developing and maintaining Operational/Technology Risk Management framework, policies and procedures.
• Outsourcing Risk Analysis
• Developing and maintaining Operational/Technology Risk Management programs for the identification, measurement, remediation, monitoring, and reporting of operational/technological risks. Monitor the implementation, socialization, training of these programs to the Business/Support units that are the scope.
• Developing programs and initiatives through collaboration with all work units in the Bank in promoting the Risk Culture in all lines of the Bank.
• Providing adequate independent and challenge reviews of risk assessments, policy proposals/SOPs, advisory requests from Business/Support units within his/her scope.
• Coordinating internal, external and regulatory reports within his/her scope.
• Management Risk Awareness (MRA)
• Key Risk Indicators (KORI)
• Reviewing proposals for outsourcing activities, products and/or new activities developed by business/support units within his/her scope, focusing primarily on aspects of the Bank's ability to manage operational risk including the completeness of the systems and procedures used and their impact on the Bank's overall risk exposure.
• Monitoring, analyzing and escalating if there are significant issues identified, among others through:
• Risk Analysis of New Products and Activities
• Facilitating and providing support and guidance to Business/Support units within his/her scope in implementing operational/technology risk management programs including developing operational risk profiles, implementing operational risk self-assessments and developing key operational risk indicators; and incident reporting and Management Risk Awareness regarding control gaps or deviations.
• Key Risk & Control Self-Assessment (KRCSA)

Job Requirements

• Have outstanding ability to interpret, analyze and apply data/information
• Candidate with wholesale banking experiences is preferable
• Excellent report/presentation writing skills
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent advisory skill
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
• Having experiences at minimum 8 years in risk management, assurance, or audit functions for financial services industry
• Have solid understanding of operational risk management practices and methodologies including risk identification, assessment, controls, and risk mitigation concepts.
• Have outstanding analytical skills and an eye for detail.
