As a Fintech company, the Finance department is essential for a healthy financial flow. We manage and handle any financial-related activity on behalf of the company to ensure the effectiveness of business running with minimal disruption!

Description

We are looking for Finance Associates who will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, including managing journal entries, account reconciliations, and data administration in the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist the finance team in various tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for business improvement.
• Help with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with financial audits and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Robust data analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for financial technology and eagerness to learn and grow within the company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2-4 years of working experience in finance or accounting.
