Senior Finance Accounting Manager

A mining company based in Jakarta are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Accounting Manager job. The ideal candidate has at least five years' experience in budgeting and reporting knowledge within the industry. In this job, you will be responsible for all finance and reporting matters for the company along with budgeting and controlling.

About The Senior Finance Accounting Manager Role

This position will be a critical role within the finance division reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly reports, presentations and other investor information
• Support site in the preparation of annual budgets
• Understand information systems requirements from executive management and set the business systems strategy to align with the business strategy
• Implement and improve business systems on time and budget. Prioritise projects in accordance with executive objectives
• Work with department managers agree key performance indicators to measure performance. Implement systems to ensure information is captured and reported on a timely basis
• Develop business systems and analysis teams to deliver specific tasks and objectives
• Prepare consolidated monthly financial report for the group and board presentations

The successful Senior Finance Accounting Manager possesses good communication skill and strong business partnering.

Key Requirements

• Background in finance
• Bachelor's (or above) degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Sense of responsibility
• Positive, driven, enthusiastic and ambitious for the business
• At least five years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting and systems implementation
• Good command of English
