Job Description

Qualification:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in public accountant firm or related field
  • Experienced using Oracle Netsuite is preferable
  • Bachelor of Accounting from reputable university
  • Accounting standard, system, Ms. Excel proficient
  • Teamwork, detail-oriented, analytical thinking, leadership skill, able to work under pressure


:

  • Monitor and review information to ensure that it has been recorded accurately, timely, and completely in GL in accordance with PSAK.
  • Review and assist manager to provide docs requested by internal and external, correspond with all necessary departments, auditor, consultant during enquiries, disputed, etc.
  • Ensure all adjustment and accruals have been effectively made, and post them into the system
  • Prepare the monthly and yearly accounting closing schedule and ensure the financial closing checklist has properly been checked by respective teams.
  • Control the process and reporting from stock opname team in HO and outlets.
