Finance & Accounting Staff Jobs

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain financial statements to non-financially experienced parties.
• Have a strong knowledge of tax regulations and ability to manage tax reports.
• Good financial analysis skills, including the ability to understand balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting and finance related work.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software such as Excel, Jurnal Id, Accurate or similar software.

• Preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.
• Preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
• Calculating and reporting tax liabilities and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Analyzing financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Managing journal entries, invoice recording, and payment processing.
• Providing financial advice to company management to support strategic decision making.
