Accounting & Finance Executive - Mainly Remote

Applicants to be ideally based in Jakarta. Job can be performed remotely.

The Opportunity

We're looking for fun, energetic and hardworking individuals with an eye for detail to join us as Accounting and Finance Executive where you can learn new skills and make meaningful contributions. Work directly with the finance team to handle accounting and finance across numerous markets in Asia. This opening is to start immediately (with possibility of extending, depending on performance and availability). This is a fully remote role, meaning you don't have to come into the office.

What You Will Learn

• You will learn to efficiently manage your time and work independently with a global team.
• You will learn to consolidate accounts across various markets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in financial audit and other ad-hoc finance projects
• Assist in bank reconciliation, expense management, and expense reporting
• Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports
• Work closely with our payroll team to perform payroll calculation across the different markets.
• Work closely with our finance team to issue billings to clients.
• Assist with daily finance and treasury operations including data entry and organisation of files.

• Intend to become a master of photocopying and shredding documents.
• Are looking for a big brand name to add to your CV.
• Want to work 9am to 6pm in a corporate office with your own lanyard and access card.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
