Job Description

About the Team

In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster and champion a performance-driven culture at Fazz.


What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the performance and rewards of individuals, teams, and groups at Fazz with the aim of improving job satisfaction.
  • Secure stakeholders' commitment in support of compensation & benefits policy, including health and wellness programs.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of current PMS and rewards practices.
  • Perform market sensing by obtaining knowledge of competitive practices within markets.
  • Translate compensation management policy and strategy into the salary structure, grade structures, and compensation programs.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to deliberate cases where the compensation management deviates from policies and processes.
  • Consult and work with Industrial Relations or Employee Relations specialists to resolve any performance review grievances and new compensation policies.
  • Build and manage organization-wide performance and any changes to the rewards philosophy.
  • Engage with business leaders to clarify business strategy and co-develop key goals and objectives for senior leaders.
  • Align policies and practices for employee performance management and rewards with organizational needs.
  • Understand the business strategy and determine its effects on the workforce.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Compensation and Benefit with 4+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Proven track record in managing various strategic projects with minimal supervision.
  • Involvement in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks and performance frameworks.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Mercer, WTW, or KF HayGroup position evaluation and benchmarking methodology.
