PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV), a member of Lenzing Group Austria, is located in Purwakarta, West Java. Strategically located between the capital city of Jakarta and West Java’s capital, Bandung, Purwakarta Regency was once better known as an industrial area. As the largest viscose site of the Lenzing Group, the Indonesia site has been a producer of botanic Viscose Staple Fibers and Sodium Sulfate since 1982. SPV has grown successfully over the last almost four decades to the largest viscose site of the Lenzing group with its present capacity of more than 320,000 tons of Viscose Fibers and 190,000 tons of Sodium Sulfate. Lenzing's wood-based botanic fibers are used in the textile and nonwovens industry and manufactured with eco-friendly processes.

Reward Specialist
Requirements:
- Proficient in using HRIS systems, payroll software and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- University Degree in Business Admin/Management (HR) or any major
- Strong analytical and numerical skills in data analysis
- Good proficiency in verbal and written English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing rewards budget, including the regular monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws, regulations, taxation and compliance related to reward.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand of reward principles, practices and legal requirements
- Proactive and able to work independently and a part of a team.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
Purpose of the Job
The role is responsible to design and implement reward policies and procedures that meet business requirements and align with the long-term business strategy and plan. Working together with HR Operation team to ensure data integrity and accountability. Provide HR analysis in rewards related for management decision making. Design and implement HR operational processes that include payroll, benefits management and personnel data management.
Reward Management
- Conducting the compensation and benefits survey and benchmarking data
- Help construct the compensation levels of an organization to ensure competitive rates of pay that are in accordance with our company’s needs in collaboration with global partner.
- Create and Review C&B policies and ensure its competitiveness in the market and in alignment with global direction.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values.
- Planning and recommend compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan and market best practices.
- Analyze market trend and compensation competitiveness.
HR Operation
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of local HR policies and processes.
- Prepare rewards data as required by HR leadership/management team.
- Regularly audit the accuracy and compliance of compensation data and practices
- Handle / redirect payroll and benefits queries
- Ensure reporting and documentation provided in a timely manner.
HRIS
- Responsible for the support to other team with processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity.
- Responsible for the support and maintenance of a company’s HR systems.
