Excellent capabilities on data mining skills which is both

Business Intelligence skills: knowledge discovery in data, interpreting data, uncovering patterns, and other valuable information from large data set

Knowledge of life insurance industry and sales compensation benefit in life insurance industry

VE Management - Data Analyst

Minimum 5 years of solid experience in data analytics

Technological skills (SQL, Excel with Macro, programming language, data visualization tools: Power BI)

Identify potential Complaint Management teams and provide the necessary direction to optimize the potential of team

You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet.

Manage performance /disciplinary /issue /grievances for related team

More than 5 years of experience designing compensation plans.

Provide comprehensive support on the annual reward processes for Indonesia, including compensation planning, salary range design, market benchmarking and compensation review

Conduct complex analysis / modelling on a variety of Reward initiatives

Develop programs which are aligned on a company-wide compensation and benefits philosophy in line with business needs, culture, and values.

Have good knowledge about Compensation & Total Rewards

1-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Logistics, with a bachelor’s degree in related education or closed related
