University Degree in Business Admin/Management (HR) or any major

Prepare rewards data as required by HR leadership/management team.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing rewards budget, including the regular monitoring and reporting.

Understand of reward principles, practices and legal requirements

Strong analytical and numerical skills in data analysis

Excellent knowledge of labor laws, regulations, taxation and compliance related to reward.

10+ years progressive technical experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in TPM (JIPM) deployment and leadership

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English. Mandarin is a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in business, Engineering or related field

Six Sigma Black Belt Certified and/or Lean Manufacturing or JIPM certified is a plus.

Functional leadership across a multi-site network

Influence leadership in a complex environment

Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting

Enhancing Total Reward capabilities in the Market through functional leadership in Total Reward

Definition and Implementation of Local Benefits program

4-7 years experience in Total Rewards

1-2 years experience as an HRBP (preferable)

Hands-on experience in HR & Payroll systems
