First-hand exposure to the Sharia financial industry, and/or experience in the business consulting domain.

Stay updated on recent trends and opportunities in sharia and/or the financial market, to develop new offerings around product development.

Must have strong knowledge of financial institution business models and an understanding of common business strategy frameworks.

Prior experience in developing and implementing revenue maximization strategies and an ability to identify growth opportunities.

Creating and presenting regular industry insights updates on financial client portfolios, and supporting sales and consulting teams in building sales pipeline.

Work closely with the Country General Manager and support various business units and functions (sales/marketing/operations, etc)

Independently manage projects end-to-end including scoping, problem/issue structuring, analysis, and managing cross-functional stakeholders

Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders and provide domain/project expertise knowledge when needed

2+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Business Operations, or other relevant position

Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Previous experience as an online marketing manager.

Assessing the online user experience and developing strategies to increase NPS.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques.

Experience with social media networking and advertising.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques.

Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.
