Product Manager Customer Excellence Jobs

Monitor operational performance dashboard and ensure all reports are clear and understandable for operations leads/management

Manage product and seller on Bibli Seller Center (BSC) and Google Data Studio

Develop, maintain, and manage on databases and data updates.

Possessed knowledge in Intellectual Property Law

Strong analytical and problem solving skill

Build excellent communication and relationship with the related department and division

Has 0-1 year experience in customer service

Passionate on making the customer experience a positive one

Have knowledge of company products

Handles inbound and outbound customer service calls, chats and emails

Resolves customer and driver concerns completely and accurately using available tools

Uses English and Bahasa in daily communications

Understand and apply product management practice and ritual to daily work (e.g., PRD, product prioritization, etc)

Creating system to manage all complaints, suggestions, and inputs from users in upstream process

Bridging user's needs with other product managers in upstream ops to ensure the right prioritization

Understanding in customer experience is a huge plus

Together with customer excellence team, building an integrated customer support system

Understanding in supply chain process is a huge plus
