About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest global food manufacturer. They have been experiencing massive growth in SEA and their presence has provided positive social and economic impact. They are looking for a senior level candidate who is ambitious and talented to support the growth operationally.

• Act as the project manager to execute improvement implementation in a timely manner.
• Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly.
• Provide functional training/workshop to people across businesses in SEA to support business.
• Provide effective operational transformation deployment with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with growth goals, with focus in planning and order management function.
• Influence and guide stakeholders within supply chain function, including commercial, operations, credit to cash, and planning.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in operations, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Travel 25% of the time
• Have a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain.
• Minimum 8 years of combined experience in managing process improvements or operational excellence
• English proficiency in spoken and written is a MUST.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Well developed communication with senior level stakeholders with different background.
• Skilled in Process Improvement, Project Management, and Financial Analysis
• Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & LEAN skills are preferred) with the ability to drive execution of ideas
