Operational Lead Training Center

Job Responsibilities:

The Training Center Manager works with the Management to plan, set up and manage aTraining Center primarily offering IT and related bootcamp and courses.

Job responsibilities of the Training Center Manager include:

1. Develop business strategies and prepare business plans in collaboration with the Management
2. Manage all operational activities of the training center
3. Design and develop SOP for optimal operations
4. Collaborate with internal teams for staffing, facilities, and sales and marketing
5. Perform market research and plan suitable curriculum
6. Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
7. Supervising trainers and instructors
8. Provide timely reports to the Management
9. May collaborate with educational institutions to provide training

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of working experience in a senior position in a training center or educational institute
2. Good knowledge of local regulations related to offering training and educational services
3. Familiarity with HR processes and job market
4. Fundamental knowledge in IT
5. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with all stakeholders
6. Fundamental knowledge of business finance and able to perform costing and pricing analysis
7. Bachelor degree in business admin or a related field
