Good knowledge of local regulations related to offering training and educational services

Job responsibilities of the Training Center Manager include:

Develop business strategies and prepare business plans in collaboration with the Management

Provide timely reports to the Management

Fundamental knowledge of business finance and able to perform costing and pricing analysis

Manage all operational activities of the training center

Experienced in Learning Management System, Learning Content Management System, Project Management, and TOT (Training of Trainer) Management

Having a certification or qualification in training and development (instructional design, teaching, or related)

Produce training materials, manuals and documentation, organize fiscal reports and analysis

Report to Facility Engineering Business Service team regarding with planning and implementation of training programs

Job Location: Duri - Riau

Responsible for management of HR Operations, Performance Management and Compliance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Ability to prioritise and effectively managemultiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Positive relationship management with an ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders including management and staff.

Preferably at least of 5 years experiences in a human resources-related role.

Experience in working in a cross-cultural, bi-lingual environment.

Have experience as a F&B Restaurant Trainer for at least 3 years (preferred)

Mastering soft skills and technical material, able to make materials

Able to provide training in front of an audience

Can make presentation material using PPT

Can use video editing applications

Jakarta placement (willing to travel on business)
