Job Description


  • Responsible for management of HR Operations, Performance Management and Compliance.
  • Responsible for Contracts Management. This role includes contract assessment, negotiation, optimisation, inception, review of contract performance and reporting to stakeholders. Required to identify relevant stakeholders for contracts requiring creation, renewal or review and consult with these stakeholders to ensure contracts are optimised to support company objectives and operational needs.
  • Supervising the work and performance of HR & General Affairs, Reception & Transport Scheduling, Merchandise Sales and Purchasing & Inventory Control.


Requirements


  • Sound working knowledge of current Indonesian Labor Law.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
  • Bi-lingual, both conversationally and in writing – Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Preferably at least of 5 years experiences in a human resources-related role.
  • Willing to work fully from office (full WFO) in Semarang.
  • Experience in working in a cross-cultural, bi-lingual environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and effectively managemultiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills, integrity and initiative.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Positive relationship management with an ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders including management and staff.
