Hr Development Staff Jobs

1. Manage training schedule, execution and training evaluation to make the training more effective and efficient
2. Manage and monitor training equipment, tools and material for Training Center
3. Develop training curriculum, syllabus and module
4. Organize the identification of Training Needs and its discussion with the respective departments in order to plan and design appropriate training programs.
5. Manage Performance Appraisal include KPI and competency assessment of employees and plan the Individual Development Program with Department Head

Requirements :

1. Min. S1 Industrial Engineering/Psychology
2. Min. 3 years related experience in HR Learning, Training & People Development, especially in manufacturing company
3. Good analytical thinking and problem solving
4. Outstanding and independent project management skills
5. Highly motivated and eager to learn
6. Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
7. Work Location - Wonokoyo, Beji, Pasuruan, Jawa Timur
