Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 hukum / S1 psikologi
  • Memahami proses bisnis workflow
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun, Pengalaman di Manufaktur diutamakan
  • Bersedia di tempatkan di Yogyakarta dan Temanggung
  • IPK minimal 3,00
  • Menguasai Hukum Ketenagakerjaan dan Perseroan Terbatas
  • Mandiri, tegas dan memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik
  • Berpengalaman menghandle Karyawan lebih dari 500 Orang

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mengelola proses rekrutmen dan seleksi.
  • Mengembangkan strategi, sistem, taktik, dan prosedur SDM secara keseluruhan .
  • Mengelola penuh Manajemen SDM, Hubungan Industrial dan Manajemen Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja.
  • Memahami sistem Perjanjian Kerja, Lembur, Penggajian, Absensi Karyawan
  • Mendukung manajemen dengan mengembangkan, mengintegrasikan, dan menerapkan strategi Sumber Daya Manusia yang memaksimalkan efektivitas karyawan dan organisasi.
