Job Description
Descriptions
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Handling employee benefits data support (BPJS KS & TK, ID card, insurance and reimbursement)
  • Maintain service & communication with Employee
  • Organize flow in mass recruitment (walk-in interview)
  • Handling employee compliances (warning letter and coaching & counseling session)
  • Arrange interview schedule with user
  • Handling payroll data support (presences, overtime and workdays ratio)
  • Handling employee contract (new hire, extend, addendum & termination)
Requirements
  • 1 - 2 years of experiences as an HR or any related job are preferable
  • Bachelor degree of all majors
  • Candidates within Cirebon domicile are preferable
  • Max. 30 years old
  • Intermediate or higher skill of Ms.Excel is a must
