Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Strong team player and ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/MSDM.
• Having work experience in the related field would be preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal departments and external customers

Main Responsibilities:

- Perform job analysis of all divisions.

- Recruitment & selection.

- Training & development.

- Carry out work performance evaluation and assessment.

- Manage employee administration.

- Manage company inventory.

- HR Policies and Compliance.

- HR Analytics and Reporting.
