Coordinates unit load scheduling, testing, status, outage plans with management and offtaker PLN

Development and continued update of the W2W Asset Management Processes

Provide professional leadership / Support in the implementation of Risk and Hazard Identification and drive Management Workshops.

Has good ability to work with and develop people’s knowledge and skills

Financial, cost benefits and feasibility analysis

Minimum 2 years experience in Forwarding Company

Good knowledge of English both oral and writing

Bachelor's degree - All major

Have certificate PPJK licence would be a plus

Understand documents related to customs/custom brokerage

Min. Diploma Degree from Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or related discipline

Preferably capable for overhaul Waukesha and Caterpillar engine, gas compressor (Ariel, Dresser rand, Ingersoll rand and VRU)

Minimum 8 years of experience as Management System Specialist

Good knowledge of Quality Management System, Business Improvement

Contract review, improvement, management and negotiation including EPC contract, subcontract, purchase order, service contract, variation orders negotiation and management;

Project risk analysis and management;

Education: Min. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering major

Total Work Experience：15 years of General Experience

Similar Works Experience：10 years or above, with at least 1 (one) commissioned and operating Geothermal Power Plant

Follow-up all open issues / impact evaluation for the project, interface among engineering, manufacturing, procurement, site construction.

Initiating / overseeing the potential hazards at the project for the erection and commissioning.

Analysis of the contractor’s construction schedule and monthly progress, close stakeholders’ communication and monitoring of the key target achievement.

Conduct weekly meetings to coordinate the work, issue progress reports and construction overall progress reports completions strategies.

Track record of warehouse management (inventory): Goods, Packaging, and Raw Materials.

Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software (WMS, TMS, & ERP).

Manage and control the usage of stock cards.

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics (warehouse and transportation) within the FMCG & FnB industry.

Experienced in leading a team of 50+ people in order to achieve productivity gains and/or quality improvement gains.

Outstanding data analytics & presentation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
