• Ensure the consistency and alignment of the team's output.

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
• In-depth knowledge of team management strategies, ensuring no miscommunication, timely completion, and effective schedule management.
• Strong control, management, and decision-making abilities based on prioritization.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Firm in taking action against violations or non-compliance by the team that may result in loss of time, costs, or the company's reputation.
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more within one department.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.
