Graduated from Bachelor's Degree, major Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration /Management, Logistic/Transportation.

Direct, manage and coordinate logistics, warehouse & transportation activities in Branch

Having 2 years experience in the related field (in the same position) from FMCG/Retail company

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Supervise daily operation (inbound outbound).

Create report (daily, weekly, monthly).

- Document management, both Softcopy and Hardcopy.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in a similar role, familiar with warehouse outbound processes.

- Inventory ownership (In charge for Good Receive, Prepare receiving note, adjust the final volume in system).

- Responsible for goods delivery (Prepare Delivery Note\Packing List, Arrange truck and manpower, AWB Label).

- Ensure goods received by customers by obtaining signed Delivery Note.

- Conduct monthly inventory check and reporting.

Seven years' experience in logistics or supply chain management roles, with a proven track record of managing successful operations

Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments

Oversee the entire supply chain, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management

Monitor and optimise inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and prevent stockouts or overstock situations

Supervise and lead a team of logistics and warehouse personnel, providing direction, training, and performance management

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Knowledge in cold storage and cold truck delivery is a plus.

Bachelor's degree with m inimum 2 years of experience in logistics supervisor preferably from FMCG company.

Managing delivery and inventory for two distribution center with the highest selling network in the company.

Leading daily logistics operational team.

Ensure maximum capacity in distribution with minimum cost, delivered safely and on time to customer.

Intense communication with 3PL to solve problems in inventory or distribution problems.
