Role Responsibilities:
- Inventory ownership (In charge for Good Receive, Prepare receiving note, adjust the final volume in system).
- Responsible for goods delivery (Prepare Delivery Note\Packing List, Arrange truck and manpower, AWB Label).
- Ensure goods received by customers by obtaining signed Delivery Note.
- Conduct monthly inventory check and reporting.
- Document management, both Softcopy and Hardcopy.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in a similar role, familiar with warehouse outbound processes.
- Strong English proficiency to handle documents and coordination process. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Good attention to details and able to multitask.
- Occasional travel between office and warehouse required.
