Providing timely and knowledgeable assistance to customers via email, chat and phone about RunPTO.

Guiding clients through RunPTO software usage, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries.

Resolving issues and addressing concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Collaborating with our team to contribute to ongoing product enhancements and improvements.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, strategies, and risk management.

Proven experience in trading/forex/brokerage, preferably in leadership.

Demonstrated marketing experience and strategy execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

Proprietary trading experience is highly desirable.

· Experience with Kanban or other agile approaches is a plus (daily target & outcome-oriented);

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess and manage foreign exchange exposure.

Proven experience as a Forex Specialist or in a similar role within the financial industry.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and act upon market data.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Manage and resolve customer related issue and order

Have at least 1 year working experience as a customer service or telesales

Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Have knowledge & ability in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and email

Giving excellent service for customers

Maintain and update customers databases
