Finding leads through telemarketing

Responsibilities

• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
• Create a schedule of meeting with customer and Multimatics sales as possible
• Make a phone call using the database given to offer Multimatics programs and services
• Use scripts to provide information about the programs, services and its benefit
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Get the detailed information of the customer such as company, contact numbers, designation and forward to designated Multimatics Sales
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

Qualifications

• Target oriented and persistent
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
• Good listenerand fast response
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Have good tone in calling
• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
