职位概述
负责客房部、娱乐/健康俱乐部和洗衣房(如适用)的日常轮班运作。指导并与员工合作,确保酒店客房、公共空间和员工区域干净整洁。完成检查并安排相关人员负责采取纠正措施。协助确保客人和员工的满意度,同时维持经营预算。

  • 高中文凭或高中同等学历 (GED);2 年客房部或相关专业领域工作经验。
或者
  • 在经认可的大学取得酒店及餐厅管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业的两年制学位;不要求工作经验。
核心工作活动
管理客房部运营
  • 监督酒店的大扫除时间表。
  • 确保及时有效地将客房状态传达给前台。
  • 支持并监督所有客房和公共空间的有效检查计划。
  • 取得亟待清理客房的清单,以及准备结账或退房的房号清单,以便准备工作分配。
  • 与工程部有效地合作,以满足客房维护需求。
  • 确保所有员工拥有适当的用品、设备和制服。
  • 监督客房部日常轮班运作,并确保遵守所有客房部政策、标准和程序。
  • 清点库存,以确保物资充足。
  • 协助订购客房用品、清洁用品和制服。
  • 向员工传达需要关注的方面,并跟进以确保理解。
管理部门成本
  • 根据需要掌握预算、经营报表和薪资进度报告,以协助部门的财务管理。
  • 了解部门运营对酒店整体财务目标和宗旨的影响,并设法实现或超越预算目标。
  • 参与管理部门的可控开销,以实现或超越预算目标。
确保卓越的客户服务
  • 努力改善服务表现。
  • 在所有部门会议期间强调客人满意度,并专注于持续的改进。
  • 授权员工提供卓越的客户服务。
  • 回应并处理客人的问题和投诉。
开展人力资源活动
  • 确保员工了解期望和因素。
  • 使用所有可用的在职培训工具,培训新的客房服务员,并在必要时提供后续培训。
  • 观察员工的服务行为并向个人和/或经理提供反馈。
  • 确保酒店政策被公平一致地执行,根据标准和当地运作程序(SOP 和 LSOP)完成惩戒程序和文件,并支持同事评议流程。
  • 参与员工绩效评估流程,并根据需要提供反馈。
  • 根据需要协助面试和聘用具备适当技能的团队成员。
  • 根据需要参与员工事故调查。
  • 监督人员编制,确保宾客服务、运营需求和财务目标均得以满足。
  • 参与员工渐进性惩处程序。
  • 支持部门入职培训计划,让员工接受适当的新员工培训,以成功履行工作职责。
