Job Description
A luxurious five bedroom family villa in the heart of Canggu, Bali is seeking for a talented manager.


The job of a villa manager involves overseeing the guest experience, operations and maintenance of the villa.


The villa manager is expected to have strong attention to details, ability to multi tasking and ensuring the service is of an appropriate and consistent standard to all guests.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a high end / established brand
  • Strong leadership skills and great attention to details
  • Indonesian citizen (max. 45 years old)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or similar


Roles & Responsibilities


1. Guest Services


The manager is responsible for ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable and memorable stay. This includes, but not limited to


a. overseeing the check-in and check-out process


b. ensuring daily breakfast is served in line with the villa standard operating procedures.


c. ensuring lunch and dinner is served as requested.


d. responding to guest inquiries and deal with any complaints.


e. arranging transportations


f. coordinating any requested activities and excursions


g. turn down and daily cleaning is executed to a high standard


h. present for special events / dinner/ birthdays etc


i. maintain the villa in line with standard operating procedure set by the owner


2. Staff Management


  • Involve in hiring, training, scheduling and supervising the staffs.
  • Managing the staff of the properties which can include housekeepers, maintenance workers, chefs and other support staff.
  • Facilitate quarterly assessments of all staff and treating staff with respect and ensuring a strong team culture.


3. Property Management


  • Ensuring a suitable inventory levels for food, supplies, cleaning products, linen etc are maintained at all times.
  • Manage the relationship with banjar.
  • Notify and agree any repairs with the owner that are required.
  • Ensuring the property is in excellent condition
  • Ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are carried out on time
  • Overseeing landscaping and housekeeping, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Ensuring a suitable list of vendors is retrained and managed to service the villa as required.


4. Budgeting & Financial Management


  • Reporting to villa owner in a weekly basis for all villa expenses
  • Manage property budget and finances, this includes creating budget and managing expenses.
  • Ensuring petty cash is managed in a responsible and accurate manner


5. Bookings / Reservations


  • Managing and reconciling the booking platform to ensure no errors with duplicated bookings or incorrect dates for guests.
  • Responsible for managing reservations once booking is made and confirmed
