職位概述
協助監督客房部、娛樂/健康俱樂部和洗衣房(如適用)的日常輪班運作。與員工合作,確保酒店客房、公共空間和員工區域乾淨整潔。完成檢查並安排相關人員負責採取糾正措施。協助確保客人和員工的滿意度,同時維持經營預算。

教育和經驗要求
  • 高中文憑或高中同等學歷 (GED);1 年客房部或相關專業領域工作經驗。
或者
  • 在經認可的大學取得酒店及餐廳管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相關專業的兩年制學位;不要求工作經驗。
核心工作活動
協助管理客房部運作
  • 與工程部有效地合作,以滿足客房維護需求。
  • 向員工傳達需要關注的方面,並跟進以確保理解。
  • 監督酒店的大掃除時間表。
  • 支持並監督所有客房和公共空間的有效檢查計劃。
  • 取得極待清理客房的清單,以及準備結帳或退房的房號清單,以便準備工作分配。
  • 確保所有員工擁有適當的用品、設備和制服。
  • 確保及時有效地將客房狀態傳達給前臺。
  • 清點庫存,以確保物資充足。
  • 協助監督客房部日常輪班運作,並確保遵守所有客房部政策、標準和程序。
  • 協助訂購客房用品、清潔用品和制服。
管理部門成本
  • 根據需要掌握預算、經營報表和薪資進度報告,以協助部門的財務管理。
  • 瞭解部門運營對酒店整體財務目標和宗旨的影響,並設法實現或超越預算目標。
  • 參與管理部門的可控開銷,以實現或超越預算目標。
確保卓越的客戶服務
  • 在所有部門會議期間強調客人滿意度,並專注於持續的改進。
  • 努力改善服務表現。
  • 回應並處理客人的問題和投訴。
  • 授權員工提供卓越的客戶服務。
開展人力資源活動
  • 參與員工漸進性懲處程序。
  • 根據需要參與員工事故調查。
  • 觀察員工的服務行為並向個人和/或經理提供回饋。
  • 使用所有可用的在職培訓工具,培訓新的客房服務員,並在必要時提供後續培訓。
  • 確保酒店政策被公平一致地執行,根據標準和當地運作程序(SOP 和 LSOP)完成懲戒程序和存檔,並支援同事評議流程。
  • 根據需要協助面試和聘用具備適當技能的團隊成員。
  • 確保員工瞭解期望和因素。
  • 支持部門入職培訓計劃,讓員工接受適當的新員工培訓,以成功履行工作職責。
  • 參與員工績效評估流程,並根據需要提供回饋。
  • 監督人員編制,確保賓客服務、運營需求和財務目標均得以滿足。
