Job Description

:

  • Coordinate with Business Development to help acquire new user
  • Manage and answer all leads/users inquiries via WhatsApp
  • Manage and handle WhatsApp account
  • Nurture and guide new lead to create account and sign up
  • Coordinate with IT Team to help the user solve issues with website or app

Requirements :

  • Broad knowledge of export regulations of foods, textile, handcrafted goods or agricultural
  • Broad knowledge of export import regulations in various countries
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the field of export/import business as customer support, sales or marketing
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal is a must
  • Familiar with UMKM market especially in Surabaya is highly desirable but not required
