At least 1+ years of experience in the field of export/import business as customer support, sales or marketing

Broad knowledge of export import regulations in various countries

Broad knowledge of export regulations of foods, textile, handcrafted goods or agricultural

Nurture and guide new lead to create account and sign up

Must have experience minimum 7 years as Manager in Freight Forwarding companies especially in charge for Customs Clearance business.

Excellent product knowledge and regulation of International Freight Forwarding.

Excellent customer service oriented to perform satisfaction services.

Wide networking in Freight Forwarding industry and custom officer.

Able to operate computer application and Excellent in English ability.

Trustable, honest and willing to work long hours to assure cargo delivery on time

- Have experience of min. 3 years in the same position / same field

Responsible to monitor and handle the documentation process of customs clearance/forwarding.

Coordinating for inbound shipment to ensure the imported product deliver to the warehouse as planned.

Coordinate daily with fellow customs/forwarding divisions regarding inbound and outbound shipment.

Ensure timely shipment, document preparation, and internal system updating.

Review of inbound and outbound shipment plans for the Indonesia warehouse.

· Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office.

· Experience in the same position 3-5 years

Receive Pre-Alerts from overseas partners, initial document checks for matching data and completeness of documents provided.

Confirms receipt and completeness to overseas partner.

Ensures receipt of handling/billing instructions from either Sales and Marketing Department or overseas partner.

Informs consignee of upcoming shipment or passes.
