Job Description

Blue Pacific Group is hiring for Customer Service (Export and Import).


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily with fellow customs/forwarding divisions regarding inbound and outbound shipment.
  • Review of inbound and outbound shipment plans for the Indonesia warehouse.
  • Ensure timely shipment, document preparation, and internal system updating.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers.
  • Responsible to monitor and handle the documentation process of customs clearance/forwarding.
  • Coordinating for inbound shipment to ensure the imported product deliver to the warehouse as planned.


Qualifications :

- Minimum bachelor's degree of any major

- Have experience of min. 3 years in the same position / same field

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Able to work in a team

- Able to work under pressure

- Able to maintain good communication with customers and working partners.
