Responsibilities:

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone with professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Understand the functionalities and intricacies of our client's investment platform to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.



Your Qualification:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in investment or financial services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn about the investment platform.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Proficient in using computer software and office systems.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
