Training & Development Specialist Jobs

In this role, you will be responsible for control, monitoring, and follow-up operations training management in TCD. In your new role, you will:

• Administer and verify OJTI documents new and revisions from all engineering functions.
• Compile reports to management on operations training implementations e.g KPI
• Control OJT certification status and records.
• Control e-Assessment Management System.
• Coordinate operations training plans and implementations to achieve smooth arrangements and training effectiveness.
• Follow up related functions on operations training plans and implementations

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Demonstrate accuracy, and attention to detail in work and responds in a timely manner
• Minimum graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in electronics/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering
• Strong in designing and conceptualizing solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all functional units and levels
• Able to execute plans as per defined and agreed timelines
• Minimum 3 years of training and development functions.
• Resourceful and able to prioritize work in an efficient manner
• Strong background in Semiconductor processes.
