Senior Engineer Training Excellence

You will be responsible for leading operations training planning and implementations to achieve the required competencies to enable production growth effectiveness.

In your new role, you will:

• Training representative for internal or external audits from customers.
• Trainer for TWI (Training Within Industry).
• Drive for an improvement project in training e.g. training paperless, skill matrix, etc.
• Owner of Training Policy and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• OJTI Reviewer.
• Coordinator for green line training and certification.
• Ensure operator and technician training and certification in a timely manner.
• Coordinator for new project training e.g. SMART7, LSS, OneSAP, etc.

Work closely with HR/Competency PJM to improve UPE, EE, and PTE competency.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min S1 from Engineering background, good communication in English
• Experience in training management systems, and E-Learning management systems.
