Position : IT Process Excellence & Compliance Specialist

The position is located in QNB Indonesia Head Office, Jakarta.

Validate and coordinate import/export transactional data requirements

Manage Customs Clearance activities as per SLA and KPI designed.

Processes data entry activities to facilitate cross border execution and data analysis.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the areas of customs, import/export

Memberikan legal opini, legal due diligence disesuaikan kebutuhan perusahaan

Melaksanakan legal audit, memberikan saran & usulan untuk melengkapi dan berkordinasi dengan department

Memastikan perseroan wajib memberikan laporan dan/atau memenuhi kewajiban sesuai peraturan yang berlaku (LPKM, OSS RBA, dll)

Mewakili perseroan untuk melakukan pengurusan perijinan dan/atau sertifikat tanah

Memastikan adanya ketersediaan dokumen pendukung hukum dalam tahap proses perjanjian, corporate action, kredit, dan proses korporasi lainnya

Melakukan verifikasi, inventarisasi aset tanah dan bangunan di Kalla Group

Ensure documents and data meet legal and fiscal requirements and records are maintained in accordance to guidelines.

Independently validate and coordinate import and export transactional data and document requirements to complete cross-border filings and clearance.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Knowledge of foreign exchange controls

Minimum of two years of related work experience

Drive for an improvement project in training e.g. training paperless, skill matrix, etc.

Coordinator for green line training and certification.

Owner of Training Policy and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

Coordinator for new project training e.g. SMART7, LSS, OneSAP, etc.
