Rp 8,000,000 - 9,000,000

👑 Job Role

• Work closely with the Personal Trainer Training Manager (PTTM) to develop a training program, training module, and service standard according to club needs
• With PTTM, do club visits to observe PT quality
• Conduct training for personal trainers at all levels
• Documenting training attendance, examinations, and the PT assessment report
• Work closely with PTTM to manage the LMS module
• Work closely with PTTM to build a learning management system

⛩️ Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Having good knowledge of the fitness industry
• Required skills: training delivery, developing training modules, good presentation skills, and Microsoft Office
• Applicants must be willing to travel within Surabaya and the East Indonesia region
• Innovative, creative, and good at organization and time management
• Applicants must be passionate and up-to-date on fitness
• Preferably have 1 Year experience on training field
