Training Specialist Jobs

Job Overview:
A Blasting and painting Trainer is responsible for training and educating blaster and painter staff on the use of various tools, techniques, and methodologies related to blasting and painting. This role requires an individual who has a strong understanding of blasting and painting tools and methods, as well as experience working with different specification and quality of blasting and painting.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate training effectiveness: The trainer will need to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to determine whether blaster and painter personnel are meeting performance standards. They may also need to provide feedback and coaching to workers who need additional support.
• Conduct training sessions: The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, both in the classroom and on the practical area. They will need to demonstrate the proper use of blasting and painting tools, provide hands-on training, and assess blaster and painter s' skills.
• Assess training needs: The trainer will need to assess the training needs of blaster and painter personnel and tailor the training program accordingly. This may involve assessing the skill levels of blaster and painter personnel, evaluating the effectiveness of current training programs, and identifying areas where additional training is needed.
• Develop and implement training programs: The trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that teach painter and blaster personnel how to use tools and apply different methods of painting and blasting. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all blaster and painter personnel are trained to meet industry standards.
• Maintain training records: The trainer will be responsible for maintaining training records and documenting blaster and painter performance. They may also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of training programs over time.
• Collaborate with other departments: The trainer will need to collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and production, to ensure that all blaster & painter are meeting industry standards for blasting and painting.

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Skills: Strong communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
• Experience: Over 15 years blasting and painting experience ,in supervisor level is advantages.
• Education: Basic education (or equivalent combination of education & experience) in engineering or related major
