Job Description
HR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities
1.Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company
2.Work with Principals and education section to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
3.Organize training materials and oversee training programs
4.Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget
5.Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
6.Research the latest HR technologies and training software
7.Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education Management field
2.3+ years of experience as an HR Training and Development at school or Education field
3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4.Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
