Junior Recruitment And Training Staff

Scope of Work:

• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Provide recruitment report in daily, weekly and monthly
• Support other HR related activities
• Responsible with full cycle of recruitment: Sourcing, screening and interviewing, assessment/ testing, document check
• Build a good relation with all Hiring Managers and understand their needs
• Source talents from various channels such as job portal, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals
• Managing Administrative HRD
• Maintain and update Recruitment Tracking System and other forms of reporting or record keeping with attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:

• Experience in using several job portals to proactively source candidates
• Minimum 1 years experience as Recruitment
• Able to provide recruitment report in details
• Fluent in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Minimum Bachelor of Psychology/Engineering

Plus Point if you:

• Experienced in hiring engineer with involvement in large-scale or mass recruitment
• Have experience in EPC Company
